Since February, the dojo has changed it’s Thursday night schedule to include a special class, “Teacher Feature.” This time slot from 6:45-7:30PM allows students the opportunity to host a session for any age, rank, and skill level of their choosing. Some popular classes during this time have included advanced tumbling, wrist locking techniques, and learning basic Japanese terminology.
This Thursday 5/12/16, we are excited to announce Pauline Morris, Certified Pilates Instructor and a white kyu in our traditional program, will be hosting a “Pilates for Fitness” class! We encourage all teenage and adult students and NON-students to participate! Pilates is a nice compliment to any fitness regimen, and particularly the martial arts. We hope to see many in attendance!
