New Yoga Class
Come and join us in this special class designed to harmonize and enhance ones’ mind/body/spirit awareness in the Kripalu Yoga tradition. Class will begin with an easy flow of asanas and pranayama to awaken vital energy that enables one to move into stillness. Meditation will be both instructor guided and self led.

Inner-school Tournament!!! Saturday March 13th
We are hosting the annual inner-school tournament on Saturday March 13th.
We firmly believe that students should periodically compete in tournaments as they provide excellent training motivation. Performing kata (forms), kumite (sparring) or shiai (creative open forms) events are great ways for a student to gauge his/her progress.
We encourage all our junior and teen students participate. They will be
competing against other students of their age, sex and rank. Please let me know
if you have any questions. Please use the attached application or pick one up at
